Depuis novembre 2023, j’ai rejoint la Plateforme de Coordination et d’Orientation. Je suis donc psychomotricienne en libéral conventionnée PCO. La PCO, instaurée en 2019 par les autorités gouvernementales, vise à répondre aux besoins des enfants de moins de 7 ans qui rencontrent des difficultés dans leur neurodéveloppement. La mise en place de cette plateforme a pour objectifs principaux : 

• Soutenir les professionnels de première ligne dans l’identification précoce des Troubles du Neuro-Développement (TND).
• Assurer la coordination du processus d’évaluation et de prise en charge des enfants de moins de 7 ans présentant un TND.
• Faciliter l’accès à des évaluations ou rééducations gratuites.
• Promouvoir l’accès à un diagnostic précis.

En tant que parents, exprimer vos préoccupations concernant le développement de votre enfant à votre médecin. Ce dernier sera alors en mesure de détecter des signes inhabituels de développement chez votre enfant et de l’orienter, vers une plateforme de coordination et d’orientation. Si des signes d’alerte laissent présager un trouble du neuro-développement, la Plateforme de Coordination et d’Orientation peut diriger les enfants vers des ergothérapeutes, des psychomotriciens et des psychologues libéraux spécifiquement formés à l’évaluation des jeunes enfants présentant un TND, tout en respectant les Recommandations de Bonnes Pratiques établies par la HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé).

Si vous êtes ergothérapeute, psychomotricien(ne), ou psychologue en libéral, et que vous souhaitez être partenaire de la Plateforme, il sera nécessaire de signer la convention qui vous sera transmise. Vous devrez la renvoyer accompagnée de votre attestation d’assurance professionnelle et de vos coordonnées bancaires. Vous pouvez également indiquer les prises en charge spécifiques que vous proposez, le cas échéant. La Plateforme de Coordination et d’Orientation (PCO) offre aux professionnels conventionnés plusieurs avantages, notamment l’accès à une newsletter, à une testothèque et à des soirées thématiques.

Since November 2023, I have joined the Coordination and Orientation Platform. I am therefore a self-employed psychomotor therapist affiliated with the PCO. The PCO, established in 2019 by government authorities, aims to meet the needs of children under 7 years old who encounter difficulties in their neurodevelopment. The implementation of this platform has the following main objectives:

1. Supporting frontline professionals in the early identification of Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD).
2. Ensuring the coordination of the assessment and care process for children under 7 years old with an NDD.
3. Facilitating access to free assessments or therapies.
4. Promoting access to an accurate diagnosis.

As parents, if you express concerns about your child’s development to your doctor, they will be able to detect unusual signs of development in your child and refer you to a coordination and orientation platform. If warning signs suggest a neurodevelopmental disorder, the Coordination and Orientation Platform can direct children to occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, and psychologists in private practice specifically trained in evaluating young children with NDDs, while adhering to the Good Practice Recommendations established by the HAS (High Authority of Health).

If you are an occupational therapist, psychomotor therapist, or psychologist in private practice and wish to partner with the Platform, you will need to sign the agreement that will be sent to you. You will need to return it along with your professional liability insurance certificate and your bank details. You may also indicate any specific treatments you offer, if applicable. The Coordination and Orientation Platform (PCO) offers several benefits to affiliated professionals, including access to a newsletter, a test library, and themed evenings.
